Watermelon Bowls

Hello everyone!

Can you believe it? It's the 31st of December already and it's looking like it will be a beautiful NYE today! So why not end the year with something a little different and perfect for this weather?

You've had acai, you've had mixed berry but now I'm giving you a recipe for WATERMELON smoothie bowls. The perfect refreshing combo to take into the new year. This recipe makes two bowls but I ate both (haha) so maybe double it if you're sharing!

So here it is...

Watermelon Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients:

- 200 ml H2Melon Water (or 200 ml watermelon juice made fresh)

- 80 grams frozen banana (coined before frozen)

- 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

- 1 tbsp carob powder

- 1 tsp goji berries

Toppings

- Strawberries

- 3 tbsp raw pepitas

- 1 - 2 yellow nectarines

- chocolate buckinis (optional)

Method:

- Blend the watermelon juice, frozen banana, mixed berries, goji berries and carob powder. Depending on your blender - you might have to add a more liquid to help the smoothie along.

- Serve in one or two bowls and decorate with toppings. Enjoy straight away!
